Purchasing Service Dog/SDIT Gear:
By purchasing an item that has any kind of service dog labeling on it you are confirming that your dog is a task trained service dog and NOT an emotional support pet or therapy animal. I reserve the right to ask the two legal questions regarding service animals under the ADA. If for any reason I am suspicious that you are going to/already did buy my gear with the intention to fake a service dog, you will be permanently banned from purchasing from my shop and others will be notified of your actions. Faking a service dog can be incredibly harmful to real service dogs and their handlers, please be respectful of them and leave your pets at home.
Product Tester Rules:
Occasionally I will open product testing to the public. This allows select people to purchase a premade item for a heavily discounted price to test the product for me. (The price of the product is based on the materials cost and shipping).
If you are selected to purchase a Tester Item you must follow through with the following:
(We will use a collar as an example as these rules may vary for different items)
-Test how well the collar holds up to heavy pulling
-How well does it hold up to dirt/mud
-Does the collar come clean after being left dirty for a period of time
-Does it come clean after being washed immediately after getting dirty
-Does the collar cause any damage to fur or skin discomfortWhen you receive a Tester Item you agree to get back to me with the information requested within the time allotted for the specific item (ex. 1 week). If you do not get back to me with that info in a timely manor or you refuse to give me the info after receiving your item, you will be permanently banned from any future purchases, giveaways, and other tester launches. You will also be put on our ‘scammer list’ and other shops will be notified of your actions. If you properly get back to me with all information requested and you are helpful with your testing, you will be added to our ‘star testers list’. This will allow you to be first in line for future tester products as well as getting a 2x entry for any potential giveaways in the future.
Gear Use:
Most of our gear will come with a label listing what kind of pulling it is suitable for. I am not responsible for any damage/injury to you, your pet, or your gear that is done by improper use.
None of my gear is suitable for any kind of guide work, pulling, or weight bearing. Failure to follow any guidelines listed on a piece of gear disqualifies you from any free repairs.
An example of improper use would be:
A collar has a listing stating that it is meant for tags/fashion uses only and should NOT be used for dogs that pull on the leash. If you connect a leash to the collar and your dog damages the collar by pulling, you damaged the product with improper use. The collar will not be repaired.

FAQ:
• Do you strength test your gear?
- Yes! Most of our gear designs are strength tested by my Siberian Husky and all our d-rings have welded connections. All info regarding the strength of a product will be listed in their posts!• What materials do you use?
- I usually use webbing, welded d-rings, plastic side release buckles, nickel plated steel hardware, cotton fabrics and fleece.• How should I wash my gear?
- I will include a care instruction card with every order but if I forgot or you lost the card here’s how!
All of our gear should be hand washed in cold water. If your gear is really dirty, some dish soap added to the water should suffice. Soak your item in the water and gently rub any grime away, avoid scrubbing as this may damage your item. After soaking, squish out as much water as possible and thoroughly dry any metal hardware. Lay flat to dry.
If you are struggling to remove any dirt, warm water will be okay as long as your item isn’t crochet, painted or contains vinyl lettering. If you would like to ask a question or leave a suggestion for the shop please visit our questions form!

Collar: measure around your dog’s neck. Be sure to make it snug but not too tight. If your dog already has a well fitting collar, measure the inner circumference of the collar. Do NOT lay your collar out flat and measure it that way, this is inaccurate and will make your measurement too large. If you are struggling please message me for guidance.Shoulders: Measure from the top of your dog’s shoulder to the center of their chest. Feel around for their chest bone, this can be a good middle point.Chest: Measure from the largest girth of your dog to the center of their chest, making sure to go between their legs.Girth: Measure around the largest part of your dog’s chest.Belly girth: Measure a few inches in front of where your dog’s back legs start, the distance where you measure may vary depending on the size of your dog. If you don’t know where to measure, send me a side profile picture of your dog and I will draw a line on the picture showing where you should measure.
